    Rig : SUPER STATION K1TTT
    Antennas : SUPER ANTENNAS K1TTT
    Soapbox :
I had a lucky chance to operate from Super Station of Dave Robbins, K1TTT.
Before this Contest I thought I am a good operator, well, say "above average op."
Now, after the Contest, I know that I am a "below average" (RTTY) operator.
Why? I showed a silly result using this Super Station, that is why.
After 25 years plus of Contesting I am still a bad operator.
I had over 1 KW and all those Super antennas and was able to make just 148K points and change.
I wonder how good must be those operators and their setups who did High Power better?
>From other hand, I do not know how it is possible to show over 1000 QSO's results with Low Power?
With 100 watts?? Meaning - 42 QSO's per hour (on the average) every hour??
Anyway, guys, you should try, at least once, just go to K1TTT and work from Dave's Place.
Five Towers (one of them is 180' high) with monobanders and other fantastic antennas.
Six operating positions with instant switching to each other, everything is at your fingers - just go and enjoy.
Very quiet place-no QRM's or those BPL's and stuff.
N1MM plus MMTTY worked the best - I love that ESM Mode, wow.
This is a world class Multy Operators Station, no doubt it.
This is the Place, where sayiyng -"No propogation - is a Nonsense!"
You can work EU stations during the day time on 40 meters, for example.
It took Twenty Two years for Dave to set up his Station and he did darn Good job.
Just go to www.k1ttt.net and check it out.
Dave's station is available for upcoming RTTY Contests, please read his messages.
(And read his Book, too)
You will not be sorry, trust me.
It is kinda tricky to get there, but is not too difficult.
If someone needs my assistance, I will be happy to help with directions.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
About the Contest itself- propogation was good, except 10 meters, of course.
Continuous pileup and S&P when the pileup was not so big.
I missed DC and DE from the States plus several Canadian Provinces.
Also missed VK, strange.
Some stations were sending 599 (State) right away, no good, please read Don's message!
Just realized how addicted I became to the Internet - this Contest was without Internet and I felt myself blind, hi, hi.
Now I know where were the mistakes, will work on the home work.
73's to all who called me and see you in BARTG SPRINT.
THANK YOU, DAVE!
