You can also go to DX Summit and do a query.

I did mine for my four-hour operation in the RU, and found one spot:
N4NW      21086.9 AA4LR                                     0322 08

Curious thing. I did not operate on 15m at all. However, N4NW and I  
did have a QSO on 40m around 7075 about this time. Looks like he may  
have pulled the spot off the wrong radio. Oops.

No, I just did a query on N4NW and found he spotted a log of guys on  
this same frequency for about an hour, then fixed the problem from  
then on.
