[RTTY] New RTTY contesting software

Hello RTTY Contester,

A group of beta tester from the DL-DX RTTY Contest Group www.drcg.de ,
other, and myself are trying to develop a new RTTY contesting software,
which will join a lot of RTTY experience from well known RTTY contester.
