[RTTY] Now this is a tad funny about LoTW

Hey guys, I am just too busy to keep my computer log up to date or merge 
contest logs into my DX4Win log which is way behind.  I am lucky to find 
time to get on and contest or work a little DX.  While I believe that 
LOTW is great I just have not found time to participate and it looks 
like I am not alone.
