No Bill, I live on a five acre lot and can put up anything I want 
if I had the time and the checkbook.  I choose not to do so at the 
present time - but I reserve the right to change my mind.

Wrong again, I have done reasonably well - exceeded my own goals - with 
what I have when I decide to make the effort.

No, I don't want any tool to be discriminated against  Every operator 
should have the right to choose the options that are right for him.
