[RTTY] MixW on RTTY

Bill et all,
The MMTTY RTTY engine can be embedded into MixW and used in lieu of the
default RTTY decoder. I've owned MixW for a long time and it's very well
worth the $50 registration fee. Support is excellent with the software.
