Hi Phil and all:
Yes, I figured that.
Well, I am using MMTTY with the Writelog for all the Contests.
And also, I use MMTTY alone when work RTTY for the rare ones, this is a beautiful piece of software.
I did use N1MM back in 2003, than my old computer went down and after that I purchased WL and sticked with that.
I tried to install N1MM into my another computer, tried several times, but I could not make it, I think because the Writelog is in my blood (:) and when I see N1MM I think about WL. Seriously, I could not install N1MM and felt shame.
I did not even bother N1MM himself, when we worked together from K1TTT few weeks ago during the last ARRL SSB Contest, shame..
I know that N1MM is a great stuff, maybe later will try installation again...
73's and see you in BARTG RTTY
Have fun!

Hi all,
Sorry, meant to reply before, but it has been a busy week!
Andrei asked if MMTTY will score the contest, and the simple answer is no!
Nor will it indicate dupes, mults, needed entities, or anything else.
MMTTY is a simple RTTY program that works exceedingly well, and was never
designed to be used seriously in a contest.
Bill W6WRT suggested using N1MM, and if you really want to have a go in the
contests, then yes, this is the way to go.
N1MM has the major advantage of being FREE, so there is no problem in trying
it out.
There are other contesting softwares, but most cost money, which is often a
factor in deciding which way to go.
I know there are folks running with just the very basics, who maybe just
want to get on and work a few new coutries/band-slots, and who are generally
not that interested in the contest as such.
This is fine by me, as each and every contact is worth points, and using
MMTTY will probably suffice.
The point is to have fun, and with a set-up you are comfortable with. Be
prepared to watch for a while, and maybe tailor your responses according to
conditions, and enjoy yourself.
Now let's just hope the propagation Gods are happy!
73 and see you in the contest!
