[RTTY] computer/soundcard recommendations

Interesting that Dell only includes the infamous "restoration" CD and not
the full S/W. I know that notebooks are (in)famous for this, but it's the
first time I saw this on a desktop.

This looks like a pretty good deal for $449+tax, free
shipping.
It includes a 19" LCD monitor.
I think it has 3 pci slots, but is limited to on-board
video, so is not good for serious gaming.
