IMO, the League could do a little better job with the WAS award
certificates, especially the specialty awards.  I'm biased because I
don't care for the "portrait" orientation, but beyond that, the
computer-printed "DIGITAL" and "RTTY", just don't really cut it.  They
could at least have a printed cert for each of the majors (Phone, CW,
Digital), with a defined spot for the specific mode or band.
