[RTTY] WAS RTTY

Out of curiosity, I asked N7NG to help me create a LoTW WAS account, while
at Dayton. . I was surprised to find, after the calculations were done, that
I had qualified for WAS RTTY, via LoTW. I already have 5BWAS + 160, so there
was no real interest, just curiosity. In doing this, I also found that I
only need a few, for 5BWAS RTTY, via LoTW. I know that there is no mode
endorsement, for 5BWAS!

10 meters: DE, GA, MT, SC, WV
15 meters: GA
20 meters: None
40 meters: AK
80 meters: AK, SC, MT
