[RTTY] Enter in macro's

Tom has it exactly right. One or two {ENTER}s at the beginning of a
macro but only spaces at the end. One of the little subtleties that
makes the art and science of macros so fascinating. I've been doing
RTTY contests for at least ten years and I still tweak at least one
macro each contest. I love this stuff. :-)
