Shelby,

I believe the 200-Watt limit above 21.100 will be effectively removed on December 15th, 2006. There's a section in the R&O that eliminates the 200-Watt limit in all the old Novice bands.

True, however it may very difficult to get "stateside" multipliers there?
Kindasorta like operation above 21.100...US stations are limited to "not
more than 200 watts", between 21.100-21.200, while the rest of the world is
not? Regardless, I suspect that it will be possible, for any/all US
stations, to operate below 3600, without running out of stations to work?
