Note: the ARRL Rate Sheet has an error of when the OK DX RTTY Contest
will be held. The OK Web site, http://www.crk.cz/ENG/DXCONTE.HTM
announcement for the Contest has it as: "00:00 UTC to 24:00 UTC
Staurday, 3rd full weekend in December" which is 16 December; the
Rate Sheet has it 10 December.
