[RTTY] Answering CQ's

Beacuse I use low power I still use a 2 x 3 response - It works -
probably because my 'extended' response is still running and visible
after everybody elses short call has ended.

That is also why, should the cq-er send an 'agn' or 'qrz', I have a
macro which sends my call six times, rather than the normal [define
normality] three.
