[RTTY] xf4dl asking for qsls direct to his hc

The op at XF4DL on 17 rtty just made an announcement asking that anyone who worked him on 
rtty please send a qsl to DL1FF which is his home call.
He said he was a county hunter and a DL1FF/XF4DL qsl would be useful to him.
He said via the bureau would be fine.

He will get my super rare Cook County qsls, for sure. lol

BTW. he was using the perfect buffer

call tu 599 call

Callsign of the station he was replying to at beginning and end of buffer.
Smooth that way.
