[RTTY] JARTS submission prob

I dropped the /QRP part as I logged him. The 
robot kicked mine back because of several 
impossible ages (557, etc) and one RST of just "99".

Sure would have been nice if the robot had been 
smart enough to give me all the errors in the first pass.
