[RTTY] JARTS log submission

Last evening I uploaded the log [with an extension of 'log' as normal
- well normal for any other contest <smile>] and it told me it wanted
cabrillo files.

I changed the extension [output from MixW ]and got a blank page in
response.

Tonight I uploaded it again and got an almost instant response with a
number - 194

I have to say that my cabrillo header is nothing like that which they
seem to want.

Oh well.
