[RTTY] JARTS log submission

Well, after 7 attempts, I gave up with file I had.  When back to WriteLog
and made a new export/Cabrillo file, but named it according to JARTS tip
sheet, "N7MQ-A.CBR" and resubmitted it.  Took it and gave me a number. 
Thanks to all on the list for help.
