[RTTY] Power error

For some reason the 3830 reports are getting my power designation wrong.  I
was LOW POWER in the ANARTS and RUSSIAN RTTY contests. Please, I was putting
out 60 watts,  NOT QRP. No big problem, I just wanted the group to know. See
you in the CQ WW RTTY this month.
