[RTTY] THE LOG input system

Last night I tried 4 time to get the format correct so
the ROBOT would take my log, Now I'm no big contester
and was only sending a check log but after 4 times, I
just said (NOW I KNOW WHY I STOPED SENDING IN LOGS).

I'll be in the next contest but NO logs from me.
