With all the discussion, regarding N8S, I had almost forgotten about the 
upcoming BS7. I sincerely hope, and also hope that they will pre-publicize 
it, that they use the "contest dreaded"...QSO B4, for those that, for 
whatever reason, continuously call, after they have already worked them, 
just for band/mode fills! It makes absolutely no sense to me, to allow a 
minority of the callers multiple contacts, when the majority would be 
ecstatic with one?
