[RTTY] Blacklisting over zealous callers

Truth be told.
Now I know why I'm fighting through bigger and bigger pileups to work a new 
rtty country.

It's Jim's fault.


(in this day and age....it's always someone's fault)
today it's Jim's turn to be at fault. :-)


Or can we blame this one on Al Gore also?
