[RTTY] RSQ reporting

they can call/id  it what they want,,, but in a contest,,, it is 
meaningless to me... we are set for fast exchange.. 599 etc.thats all I 
want--very fast.
I can see the value in normal qsos,  psk , etc.
its a hobby
lets enjoy
