[RTTY] P40RY 1992 CQWW RTTY Logs uploaded to LoTW

The P40RY logs for the 1992 CQWW RTTY contest have been uploaded to LoTW if anyone is interested.

The M/S team included Eddie G0AZT, Ron KP2N, Frank N0FMR and myself.  We set a new world record that held up for six years.  I don't
recall the score.  We worked only 92 total countries but did work all 40 CQ zones and all 50 states.

I will upload my 1993 HK0/AA5AU CW and RTTY logs as soon as I can find time to compile the ADIF file.  I think I found my C6A log
from the '94 ARRL RTTY Roundup.  If so, will be requesting a certificate for LoTW.
