[RTTY] RTTY Roundup - PSK ??

PSK31 has been permitted in the past.  As in this item from the 2007
contest page at the ARRL


"his is the first effort by the WMR Contest Club in the RTTY Roundup.
We operated both RTTY and PSK. The WMR Contest Club is the radio club
of West Mountain Radio employees. The operators for the Roundup were
N1ZZ/Dan (RTTY) K3EIN/Ed (PSK31) K1UHF/Del (RTTY) and KB1LTW/David
