[RTTY] P49X on 18107 & 10141 Now

In case you're not watching Packet, I'm on the WARC bands right now.  When
17 fades, I'll move to 160, but don't hold your breath.  There was a front
nearby last night and the noise apparently covered up everyone calling
except for two XE's.  When these storms come through the Beverages don't
help sometimes.  It was nice and quiet during WPX (thankfully), but last
night on 160 was a bust.
