[RTTY] Banned RTTY freq list

Some automated PACTOR stations operate on 20. This may be what you
heard. Maybe something like WinLink (google). If I find myself on one
of the automatic freqs I will either move or QRT while the auto stn
is on - it just lasts a min or so.
I have never heard the CW "QSY FREQ"... following it, though.
Anonymous CQ QRM, of course, but not from the PACTOR stns.
20 Sure was crowded for the WPX. I had to go up VERY high to find a hole.
