[RTTY] NAQP RTTY Team Registration

I am trying to register a team for the upcoming NAQP RTTY COntest on Feb. 24th.  The page where I can register a team keeps coming up as closed.  How does one go about registering a team for this contest?  A good web site address would definitely help.  

I have gone to http://www.ncjweb.com/rttynaqpteamreg.php and that's where I get the Registration closed message on the page.  

Any help would be appreciated.
