[RTTY] RTTY on a Drake TR4

I was using a TR3 back in 64-66.  It was 850 Hz shift in those days, but it
was stable enough to receive pictures and such.  The biggest problem is you
won't be able to hook it up to a logging program, but if you're rag chewing
it shouldn't matter too much.

Some further research shows that the stability, or lack thereof, of the
TR4's PTO might be be the biggest hindrance to operating RTTY with the rig.
