[RTTY] Any North Dakota stations use LOTW?

After submitting my UK DX RTTY log to LOTW yesterday, I checked my 
QSL WAS credits and was surprised to see I was stuck at 49. North 
Dakota was missing.

I didn't work a single ND station in the recent RU, and I remembered 
the recent dialog about ND being difficult to work.

Anybody know of any ND RTTY Stns using LOTW? (I am not interested in 
ND paper QSL - just LOTW).
