[RTTY] Rule changes DL-DX-RTTY contest

Posted in behalf of the DL-DX-RTTY contest manager:

The 2007 DL-DX-RTTY contest runs this coming weekend.
Please study the CHANGED rules carefully! Classes A
through E are now RESTRICTED to the use of one radio
only, i.e. SO1R!
Single oprator stations wishing to operate SO2R (or even
use more radios) must enter the new class F.
Similar changes apply for multi-op stations.
