[RTTY] New Homepage DRCG

Hello,

the DL-DX RTTY Contest Group (DRCG) installed a new homepage www.drcg.de
with many useful contents especially for the Digital-Community. The
supported languages are English and German.

- categorized Information Portal
- categorized Calendar for contests, events, ....
- categorized Links
- photo gallery where you can introduce yourself and your station.
- photo gallery of events (input are welcome) 
- online Chat Rooms where you meet RTTY'ers around the world live
  (with private messaging)
- More is possible, please input

(More categories in each item are possible, please input)

Most of these can be used without login.
The homepage is designed that users with a login have full access to
each board to submit contents (Calendar, Info Portal, Link List, Photo
Gallerie). So the platform  can be keep up to date by the users itself.
