[RTTY] Exch PLEASE NO 5NN

PLEASE DO NOT USE  "5NN" FOR THE EXCHANGE IN RTTY CONTESTS

5NN is a CW short version for 599 - N is two strokes and 9 is five strokes.
We have discussed this before.

Most keyboards I have used have the number  9  on them.  PLEASE use the
numbers. Do not tell new contesters to use 5NN.
