[RTTY] Now more hours for contesting

Heh heh... Apparently 1 of those extra 5 hours came from the time they stole out of the Contest Robot (which doesn't like any QSO logged between 1900 and 1959 in the VHF QSO Party logs being submitted). I wonder where they found the other 4 hours?
