[RTTY] DXCC RTTY via LoTW - WHO HAS WHAT? Standing on 6-17-07

Hi Andrei

I'm sitting here with about 7,000 Q's to load on LOTW, and have 6000 up 
there, so don't know how many I have yet..  I signed up and got on about a 
week and a half ago and so far it has been down 2 times.  It is down right 
now.  Is this normal for LOTW to be off this often? 73
