[RTTY] Survey

My preference is a scope and I also always run the Hal RTTY-1 which works
very well since it has its own filters.  Thus speed isn't a problem in
decoding things like the DXP38 seems to have a bit of a lag.

I listen to rtty only when necessary, having learned from my old buddy Hal
WA7EGA who has this hearing problem and BTW 2125 and 2295 do not exist for
him anymore.  However, in a contest its important to listen on phones to
incoming, I turn the monitor off.
