[RTTY] installation

I have been trying for 2 weeks to install 10.62H.  I recently updated the computer and bought the new writelog at the same time.  When I try to install I get an error window "system error 1058, service disabled"
   
  I have MMTTY installed and working and everything is to the default directory
   
  Does WriteLog have any customer support contacts???
