[RTTY] BARTG N1MM logs

Hi,

the logger generate SEND TIME at the moment of F2
macro transmission. 
If you just type QSO data in entry window without
transmitting and press LOG button, then QSO is logged
without SEND TIME.
It happen to me too :-)
