I can't seem to find a link to your Top List on your homepage. Is it there and I'm overlooking it?

I think I have all the current Top List updates as of 2215z on Weds. 3/21.

I added a new selection box to the submission form: "New" or "Update".  You
must pick one of these two.  This will make it easier for me to know whether
you are updating an existing entry or adding a new one.
