[RTTY] RTTY WAS Honor Roll - new form (alpha test)

Hi Folks,

I have put up a new form for submitting RTTY WAS award numbers:

    http://hamradio.ad1c.us/rtty_was.shtml

Please give it a try.  When you submit, you'll get a confirmation page.  Click
on the "Go back" link.  If you just use the back button on your browser, you
won't see your new data until you refresh the RTTY WAS web page.

If you make a mistake, just re-enter the data with the SAME CALL.  Please note
the DATE format (YEAR-MONTH-DAY).  If you want to delete a record, send me
E-mail.

You can put whatever you want in the "LoTW" field.  I need to add some examples
to the web page:

  48/50 (48 out of 50 confirmations were from LoTW)
  No    (all paper QSLs)
  Yes   (all LoTW credits)

The form still needs some work:

- fields need to be validated (i.e. only digits in Award Number)
- call should be converted to UPPER case
- calendar applet for picking date

The data you enter now should stick around even as I make changes.

Let me know of any problems.  Thanks for your patience while I learn this
stuff.
