Backfill is complete.  Old info has been transitioned to the new database.  Created an trend chart of "RTTY WAS Award Issuance vs Time".  Will try to find a place to post it.  Interesting to see the trend over time, especially the shoot-up starting March 2006 when it was possible to file for the award with LoTW credits.
