[RTTY] Are u feel the same of 21 Mhz prop?

Hello dear all Germany stn.
Just since May'2007, I have so difficult covered allmoust all of Germany station in 21 Mhz.
It's not the same as HF Prop prediction.
Are u feel the same of 21 Mhz prop?
