[RTTY] Time

Hi All
I have been wondering about the time in the ANARTS contest,
I have it set to TIMEGMT and was wondering if there is a better way ???
It changes every time it is sent, Is there a way to lock it until the qso is
completed and also is there a Time where there are only HR and MIN sent
seems faster.
Also does anybody know if the times have to be the same in both logs
seems if they want time they should be the same.
