[RTTY] LoTW/Makrothen

To participate in both [simultaneously]

Instead of just sending your grid/maidenhead [Makrothen]

And considering that 90% will send the RST anyway [because they don't
read the rules]

Just add your DXCC Prefix to the exchange - 1or 2 char extra [plus spaces]

Then everybody is happy [and if you dont want to collect the Prefix for
LoTW then don't]
