[RTTY] LoTW/Makrothen (Contesting)

I think:
CQ MAKROTHEN, LOTW OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF CONTEST EVER CREATED AS LONG AS IT'S 
RTTY OR DIGITAL de w9ol

would be the perfect CQ message
Only thing I need to decide is....should I use hyphens between the words and 
whether I should put linefeeds before and after...or start with RYRYRYRY 
before the CQ buffer.

any help/advice on this?
