[RTTY] Soundcard Query

Are you sure that the on board sound is disabled and not just 
deselected? In other words, did the installation process for the new 
sound card assign it the functions which had been performed by the on 
board system? Try pulling up the expanded volume control panel and 
checking the properties menu to see if there are now 2 sound cards 
being controlled. If there are you need to shift the "muzak" 
functions back to the on board and leave the ham stuff on the added 
(usually the "-1" selection) sound card.
