[RTTY] Flex decodes two rtty sigs simultaneoulsy

The true advantage would be for the software to monitor 2 bands and
populate a bandmap if any stations are heard while you're working the
other 2 bands.

Nothing like your own radio telling you when a band is open and any
available multi's.  No need to break your run to check to see if 10m
is open.
