[RTTY] JARTS age analysis and more.

The youngest I worked were:

1. OM7YL - Katarina - 15 years old and she sent her age, my hat is off to
Katka!
2. RN3QIS - 16
3. IZ1LBG - 17

Very few though were (in my log) younger than 20, even 30 years...
