Are there any active reflectors for PSK discussion? The PSK31 reflector @ qth.net has seen very little activity this year and the "official" PSK31 reflector @ aintel.bi.ehu.es appears to be dead as I can't seem to get my subscription request approved and emails to the moderator fail.
