[RTTY] 160 meter RTTY contest

I was one of those people. I'm not very active these days, but still
alive :.)
160 is a miserable, noisy band. If you like listening to static
crashes, great. However, a RTTY decoder is going to have a very tough
time making any sense of all but the strongest signals.
